ENAO has been providing a Balanced Score Card(BSC) training for all its staff at Bishoftu, focusing on 2nd GTP and next year’s Office plan starting from June 26-29/2015. At the end of the training, all employees and departments are expected to revise and implement Balanced scorecard with a similar and new spirit!
