The African Accreditation Cooperation (AFRAC) Mutual recognition arrangement council has approved the mutual recognition arrangement committee recommendation to maintain the signatory status of ENAO in Testing laboratory accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and medical testing laboratory accreditation to ISO 15189:2012 and also the MRA council further approved Inspection bodies accreditation to ISO/IEC 17020:2012 which is a new scope of accreditation to ENAO. It has been proven that ENAO has successfully transitioned to ISO /IEC 17011:2017. The 10th The African Accreditation Cooperation (AFRAC) meeting was held at Abidjan, cote d’Ivoire 19-27 Sep 2019.
